Personal Data Deletion

What Gets Deleted

When you request personal data deletion, we remove:

How to Delete Your Personal Data

  1. While Logged In:

    • Go to Account Settings
    • Scroll to the bottom to find "Delete Personal Data"
    • Click "Request Data Deletion"
    • Enter your password for verification
    • If you have 2FA enabled, enter your OTP code
    • Confirm deletion

Workspace Data Deletion

For Workspace Owners

As a workspace owner, you can delete all data associated with your workspace. This is a permanent action that cannot be undone.

  • QR codes and their configurations
  • Analytics data
  • Campaign information
  • Custom domain settings
  • Workspace user accounts and roles
  • All associated files and metadata
  • Billing information

How to Delete Workspace Data

  1. Requirements:

    • You must be the workspace owner
    • All active subscriptions must be canceled first
    • Multi-factor authentication verification required
  2. Steps:

    • Log into your workspace owner account
    • Go to Workspace Settings
    • Select "Delete Workspace"
    • Enter your workspace name to confirm
    • Provide your password
    • Enter 2FA code if enabled
    • Click "Permanently Delete Workspace"

Important Notes

  • Irreversible Action: Workspace deletion cannot be undone
  • Data Recovery: We cannot recover deleted workspace data
  • Billing: Any outstanding charges must be paid before deletion
  • Users: All workspace members will lose access
  • URLs: All shortened URLs will stop working
  • QR Codes: All generated QR codes will become invalid

Data Retention

Some data may be retained for legal compliance:

This data is kept only as long as legally required and then automatically deleted.
